Genesis I is a single that speaks on origins and on resilience. It’s a down-tempo hip-hop song that is inspired by years of admiration and respect for the origins of African-American’s use of creative expression and music as a tool of resistance and call to collective solidarity. Through vulnerability and the resolve of nourishing hope for a future with dignity and freedom for all. This single is a humble attempt at letting the audience discover more intimately my artistic universe.

This track dispells greed, envy and jealousy while promoting agency and authenticity with it's catch phrase "Better do you, stop looking at me". This track wants to echo the importance of following one's own intuition and not fall into comparisons with others as each person and each community has it's own influences, traditions, progressives and unique traits.
Joining forces with Shottie, Seilen comes back once again with an anthem for the Hip-Hop indie scene.

This single addresses the alarming silence and compliance in the inaction of the most privileged, when touching on global issues and addressing societal angst while also denouncing an overall performative society.
Throughout the song, Seilen personifies the rebel character, whose vindicating lyrics challenge her audience to step out of anxiety, and stressing over personal overwhelm to refocus on collective issues.
